Job summary

Every Home in Colorado Springs is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to lead the implementation, integration, and support of the organization’s business systems platforms. The role emphasizes automation, secure data sharing, and reliable system operations across Microsoft and other platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of SaaS/PaaS administration, Azure expertise, and strong collaboration with ministry teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree/experience.
• 3–5 years administering SaaS and PaaS platforms, including Microsoft Azure and system integrations.
• Microsoft Azure, identity, or integration-related certifications are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork with proactive communication.
• Commitment to ministry objectives and data security practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a Christ-centered and professional church environment.
• Supports and administers the business systems portfolio (Azure, Entra ID, cloud services, integrations).
• Designs and maintains integrations between systems using REST APIs and middleware.
• Secures cloud applications with Entra ID SSO and automated provisioning; conducts security audits for compliance.
• Documents configurations, data flows, and runbooks for continuity and knowledge transfer.
• Trains staff to use systems effectively and communicates project status and risks.
