Job summary

Bcore in Herndon, VA seeks an Azure Pipeline Deployment Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across dev/test/prod environments. The role emphasizes secure deployment practices, IaC tooling, and collaboration with software teams to ensure reliable releases.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Azure services, Terraform/ARM/Bicep, and Kubernetes, with strong debugging skills and a focus on security compliance in a DoD/defense-oriented context.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining Azure/Cloud DevOps pipelines (YAML and classic).
• Hands-on experience with Azure/Cloud services, including App Services, Key Vault, Storage, Networking, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, DevSecOps practices, and automated deployment strategies.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Experience with Git-based version control and branching strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and configuration issues across cloud environments.
• Familiarity with secure development and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Certifications such as AZ‑400, AZ‑104, or related Azure credentials

What you can expect from us

• The expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $175,000 – $195,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements. This is not a guarantee.
