Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a high-talent Azure Full-Stack Developer who can shape what gets built and why, delivering business value beyond code. You will work across frontend and backend in cloud-native environments to align solutions with real outcomes.

You will design scalable front-ends with React, develop backend APIs in Python, and implement secure Azure services (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL).

Qualifications

This individual will work across frontend and backend systems using modern cloud-native tools, while leveraging their talent to align solutions with real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable front-end experiences using React or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop and optimize backend APIs and services using Python
• Implement secure and performant solutions in Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, ADF, APIM, and Azure SQL.
• Work collaboratively with product owners, business users, and architects to shape requirements based on user intent and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful business impact.

Core Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Functions, DevOps Pipelines).
• Solid backend development in C#, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Git-based development workflows.
• Strategic curiosity: Understands business objectives and questions assumptions.
• Problem framing: Skilled at defining the “what” and “why,” not just the “how.”
• Cross-functional fluency: Can collaborate with non-technical partners (e.g., Finance, Operations).
• Systems thinking: Sees beyond features to design interconnected, value-driven systems.
