Job summary

Concept Plus, LLC is looking for a System Administrator to support a multi-disciplinary IT team. Responsibilities include managing Azure cloud services, maintaining virtual machines, and providing Tier III support for technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8140/8570 certification at the IAT II level required.
• Azure Cloud Certification or similar credential expected.
• Experience managing Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machines.

Responsibilities

• Support server deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Build and manage virtual machines in Azure and Hyper-V environments.
• Execute Azure and Microsoft 365 administrative activities.
• Provide user and system administration for ICAM.
• Offer Tier III support for technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
