Capgemini is seeking an experienced Application Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack. You will guide delivery teams, set architecture standards, and drive cloud-native solutions using Azure, .NET, and AI technologies.

With 10+ years in development and architecture, you will shape modernization efforts, oversee governance, and mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable systems while aligning with Capgemini's standards and client needs.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in application development and architecture.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven modernization and cloud transformation expertise.
• Experience leading architecture governance and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define application architecture, standards, and technology roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead application modernization, cloud migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance.
• Design API, integration, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, infrastructure, security, and data teams.
• Mentor development teams and promote architecture best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft AI services and platforms.
