Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a senior Azure DevOps Engineer on a contract basis in Indianapolis to build scalable CI/CD pipelines and automate Azure infrastructure with Bicep and PowerShell.

You will drive YAML-based pipelines, manage agent pools, and implement blue-green or rolling deployments while collaborating with security teams to integrate SAST/DAST and enforce governance across cloud resources.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Expertise with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and build/release automation.
• Hands-on experience with Bicep, ARM, and PowerShell for infrastructure-as-code.
• Solid understanding of Azure networking, security governance, and identity.
• Experience with APIM, Data Factory, and CI/CD security integration (SAST/DAST).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to support complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML for automated deployments.
• Set up and manage Azure DevOps agent pools to support parallel builds.
• Implement blue-green and rolling updates for zero-downtime deployments.
• Provision and manage Azure services using Bicep and PowerShell.
• Integrate SAST/DAST tools into pipelines with security partners.
• Automate deployments of Key Vaults, App Config, Cosmos DB, and Resource Groups.
• Automate API onboarding into Azure API Management (APIM) and enforce policies.
• Maintain governance, security compliance, and cost optimization across Azure.
• Deploy and support Data Factory components (Pipelines, Dataflows, Datasets, IRs).
• Provide post-deployment support, root-cause analyses, and disaster recovery tests.
• Manage Windows servers, .NET installations, certificates, and PowerShell automation.
• Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking (VNETs, DNS, routing, firewalls).
