Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a 12-month contract-to-hire in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

This onsite role requires 5+ years of Azure experience, strong CI/CD skills with Azure DevOps and GitLab, and hands-on Terraform/Ansible for infrastructure provisioning. Responsibilities include building automated pipelines, enabling zero-trust IAM, and implementing robust monitoring and dashboards with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Azure hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Hands-on Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Knowledge of Azure monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS including App Service and API Management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Provision infrastructure with Terraform and automate with Ansible.
• Design and enforce zero-trust IAM and data encryption.
• Set up monitoring with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Develop operational dashboards for proactive visibility.
