Job summary

N-iX is seeking an experienced DevOps leader to join our Azure-focused team in a flexible work setup. You will design, deploy and maintain Azure infrastructure, drive cloud architecture decisions, and guide architectural topics with stakeholders across client teams.

You will evolve Azure environments, implement scalable CI/CD pipelines, and enforce security and compliance standards including SOC 2 Type 2, while collaborating closely with development and QA teams for reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Azure DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services (Landing Zones, Front Door, Storage, App Service, Azure SQL Database)
• Experience with modern Azure compute services (Azure Container Apps, AKS, Azure Functions)
• Infrastructure-as-Code expertise (Bicep, Terraform)
• CI/CD pipelines with YAML-based workflows and Azure DevOps
• GitHub Flow / GitHub Actions experience or willingness to adopt
• PowerShell scripting skills
• Containerization and Kubernetes deployments in Azure
• Azure security, IAM, and Entra ID
• Security/compliance governance standards incl SOC2 Type 2 in DevOps
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Plus: Dynamics 365 infra/DevOps familiarity; Power Platform knowledge

Responsibilities

• Proactively improve DevOps practices

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes-based deployments in Azure
• Good understanding of Azure security, IAM, and Entra ID
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance standards, including SOC2 Type 2, within DevOps processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
