Job summary

UNIQA is seeking a DevOps Engineer to advance release management, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC across cloud and on-prem environments. You will coordinate deployments, monitor performance, and work closely with development and testing teams to ensure smooth, efficient releases.

Required: 3+ years in DevOps, Azure, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes; strong problem-solving skills; knowledge of PowerShell, Python, C#, and .NET is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or a related field.
• 3+ years of DevOps experience with Azure, GitLab and Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker orchestration or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of release coordination and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive issue resolution.
• Continual learning and knowledge sharing with the team.

Responsibilities

• Implement version control and release management best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices for CI/CD.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases and deployments.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams for efficient release cycles.
• Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance.
• Establish and maintain IaC for provisioning and configuration.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations and processes.
• Proactively seek and implement efficiency improvements.
