Job summary

Click in Atlanta is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will manage and improve Microsoft Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and production monitoring to support our .NET-based SaaS services.

You will collaborate with software engineers to ensure reliability, security, and performance, implement observability, and participate in incident response and infrastructure automation using Terraform and IaC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Azure Cloud Engineering and infrastructure engineering.
• Practical experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
• Strong understanding of .NET/ASP.NET Core deployment and hosting.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
• Proficiency with scripting/tools: PowerShell, IaC (Terraform).
• Experience monitoring: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, alerting.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve Microsoft Azure infrastructure across dev, test, and prod environments.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML-based Azure Pipelines.
• Deploy, configure, and operate .NET/ASP.NET Core apps, APIs, and microservices.
• Implement proactive monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks for availability and performance.
• Investigate incidents, outages, and deployment failures; contribute to RCA and improvements.
• Manage IaC with Terraform; maintain Azure services like App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage, Key Vault, networking.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve reliability, throughput, and release processes.
