Job summary

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to own the technical design of a production-grade AI-driven KYC/Customer Due Diligence platform for an international insurance environment. The role covers Azure and Databricks runtime architecture, networking, identities, environments, integration patterns, resilience, monitoring, service transition, and operational handover.

Qualifications

• Azure solution architecture expertise with Databricks and Terraform.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English and ability to work remotely within the EU.

Responsibilities

• Design the production runtime architecture across Databricks and Azure.
• Define networking, identity, and environment architecture across dev, test, acceptance, and production.
• Design for availability, SLOs, monitoring, alerting, backup, restore, and rollback.
• Define safe write-back mechanisms and controls for critical integrations.
• Define integration patterns with API Management and asynchronous APIs.
• Define the operating model across support and incident management.
• Plan service transition and handover to local IT teams.
• Ensure the solution can be supported post-deployment.
• Represent the solution at architecture boards and with senior stakeholders.
