Job summary

Gridiron IT is seeking an Azure Cloud engineer with hands-on experience integrating data from internal and external sources to build scalable data processing systems. You will create new pipelines, transform raw data into accessible models, and own the data pipeline to support reporting and analytics products.

Familiarity with Azure data services, Databricks, and CI/CD is required. Applicants should have 3+ years of Azure experience, strong SQL, Python/Java, and experience in Agile teams;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud native technologies.
• Experience building ETL pipelines in Azure and data integration.
• Strong SQL and programming foundation in Python/Java.
• Experience with streaming and batching data processing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own the data pipeline and support system failures.
• Design, clean, transform, and optimize data at scale for analytics products.
• Build reusable components and pipelines for reporting and data products.
• Collaborate in Agile team settings and ensure data quality.
