Job summary

RevTech seeks a Senior Azure Data Engineer to join a global consultancy on a full-time contract (8h/day, 5 days/week). You will design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake, and Synapse, with Spark, Python, SQL, Delta Live Tables.

Strong data governance, CI/CD, and monitoring skills are essential. The role is fully remote for applicants based in the EU, with an initial 3–6 month contract and a high likelihood of extension.

Qualifications

Our client are a global consultancy that are looking for a Senior Azure Data Engineer to join one of their clients on a full-time contract (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Требования

Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, Delta Live Tables (DLT), and Unity Catalog. Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, metadata-driven frameworks, and orchestration workflows, with expertise in data quality, performance tuning, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills, ownership, and adaptability in dynamic environments, with the ability to collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, ensure data governance and security, and communicate effectively in English (B2+).
