Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a data-focused engineer to design and deliver analytics solutions for airline data assets, leveraging Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and BI tooling. You will work with data teams to migrate, model, and secure data while implementing scalable pipelines.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, cloud data skills, and a willingness to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Strong communication and mentoring abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years developing software solutions in agile/DevOps environments.
• 3 years data analytics experience using SQL.
• 3 years cloud development and data lake experience (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support analytics solutions for insights to drive decisions.
• Execute data migration and data engineering using Azure services and traditional warehouses.
• Contribute across the development lifecycle: design, cloud engineering, ingestion, modeling, testing, CICD, deployments.
• Provide technical leadership within a team and mentor others.
• Own and support DevOps for the product and implement batch and streaming data pipelines.
