Job Duties

Analyzing, designing and building modem data solutions using Azure PaaS service to support visualization of data. Performing activities like extract, transform and load data from the source system to Azure Data Storage services using a combination of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Analytics. Building Spark applications that leverage Spark-SQL in Databricks to extract, process, and aggregate data from a range of file types in order to analyze and alter the data in order to obtain insights into user behavior. Creating end to end Data pipelines using ADF services to load data from On-prem to Azure SQL server for Data orchestration. Processing data to one or more cloud Azure Services-(Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DW) and cloud migration processing the data in Azure databricks. Developing spark applications using Pyspark and spark-SQL for data extraction, transformation and aggregation from multiple file formats for analyzing & transforming the data. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an Azure Data Engineer or IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or related field.

Experience Requirements:

Experience of Twelve (12) months of working with Azure Cloud is required.

Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known exactly but it could reach as high as 100% as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated.

Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel which could be as high as 100%.
