The role balances legacy stability with modern Azure-based solutions and AI-enabled development, in a regulated environment, supporting a firm that serves high-net-worth clients and large organizations.

Qualifications

8+ years in software development with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong experience supporting enterprise SQL-based applications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
Experience leading small development teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team of developers, guiding priorities and delivery.
Oversee on-premises SQL-based applications, ensuring reliability and auditability.
Lead cloud and hybrid architecture on Microsoft Azure with secure integrations.
Promote AI, automation, and responsible use within governance.
