Job summary

Converge Enterprise is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to secure Azure environments, implement governance, and enable secure deployment practices across cloud workloads.

The role collaborates with platform, engineering, and Security Operations teams to enforce policy, guardrails, and measurable security outcomes while supporting audits and incident response. Remote in the United States, emphasis on landing zones, RBAC, encryption, logging, and cloud posture management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in cloud security or related cybersecurity.
• Experience with Azure security controls, governance, and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud security guardrails across Azure environments.
• Collaborate with platform and security teams to review architecture and hardening.
• Perform cloud security posture reviews and remediation planning.
