Job summary

ePlus seeks a Cloud Operations Engineer in Herndon, VA to deploy, manage, and automate Azure workloads, ensuring reliable, secure production environments for customers. You will collaborate with a diverse team to optimize performance and governance while supporting 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in Azure deployments and 3+ years in complex cloud/datacenter environments, with Azure DevOps, IaC, and Kubernetes experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience deploying and supporting Azure environments.
• 3+ years of experience deploying and supporting complex datacenter and/or public cloud environments.
• Azure DevOps or Azure-related certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, automate, manage, and maintain Azure production environments.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, governance and scalability of Azure systems.
• Manage creation, release, and configuration of production systems.
• Troubleshoot complex cross-domain issues and participate in on-call rotations.
