Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Azure-based solutions, ensuring security and performance. The role includes migrating data, automating tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in systems administration, VMware/Azure experience, and strong scripting skills. Expect a hands-on, fast-paced environment with security focus and GoAnywhere MFT responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in systems administration.
• Microsoft or VMware certifications are required.
• Virtualization and cloud system management experience (VMWare, Azure).
• Windows Server administration experience.
• Linux-based OS experience (IBM AIX).

Responsibilities

• Assessing existing IT infrastructure and migrating/building apps to the cloud.
• Choose cloud services based on requirements.
• Set up and manage cloud infra (VMs, load balancers, CDN, app services).
• Use scripting to automate cloud management tasks.
• Implement security measures on cloud platforms.
• Monitor cloud usage and optimize costs.
• Diagnose and resolve cloud infra issues.
• Maintain and support GoAnywhere MFT platforms and docs.
• Provide Level 3 support to Service Desk.
