Job summary

Caresoft Inc. seeks an Azure Cloud Engineer to manage Azure environments, Windows servers, and cloud workloads. You will handle security, network setup, and automation using PowerShell and Python. The role includes Privileged Access management with Secret Server and compliance considerations.

Prior experience with Office 365, Power Apps, and cost optimization in Azure is valued. Remote-friendly with long-term project scope in the Virginia region.

Qualifications

• Azure administration and engineering experience in cloud workloads.
• Windows Server 2019+ environments administration.
• Experience with security, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Support of tolling applications and cloud workloads (DOT / E-ZPass Virginia).
• Networking, server administration (Windows/Linux), databases.
• PowerShell and Python scripting experience.
• Manage Privileged Access with Secret Server vaults.
• Office 365 and Power Apps platform familiarity.
• PCI or similar compliance experience.
• Entra ID (SSO) and identity administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with governance models.

Skills

• Microsoft Azure administration/engineering.
• Microsoft Windows environments (2019+).
• Server infrastructure, protocols, firewalls, certificates, load balancers.
• Support of DOT / E-ZPass Virginia tolling applications, infrastructure, and cloud workloads.
• Networking, server administration (Windows/Linux), databases, cloud environments.
• Implementing Rubrik backup & recovery for Azure IaaS/PaaS.
• Scripting with PowerShell/Python.
• Administration of Secret Server privileged access vaults.
• Office 365 and Power Apps platforms.
• Experience with PCI or similar compliance frameworks.
• Single Sign On and identity administration (Entra ID).
• Experience with enterprise governance models.

Nice to have

• Continuous integration tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, TFS).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
