Job summary

PineQ Lab US in the United States (New York region) seeks an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure at scale. You will drive IaC initiatives using Terraform, ARM/Bicep templates, and automation across Azure IaaS and PaaS services.

Collaborating with security, networking, and development teams, you'll implement robust cloud architectures, reusable patterns, and service catalogs while upholding DevOps best practices and automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure cloud engineering with IaC experience.
• Proficient in Terraform and provisioning.
• Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Strong networking, security, and cloud infra knowledge.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automation.
• Scripting in JSON/YAML and infra config.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Puppet, and Chef.
• Ability to deploy and integrate Azure infra beyond monitoring.
• Define IaC standards and reusable patterns.
• Strong cloud architecture understanding.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineering.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform and infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Networking, Security Services, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and Automation.
• Proficiency in Cloud Scripting, JSON, YAML, and Infrastructure Configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Puppet, Chef, and Configuration Management Tools.
• Ability to build, configure, deploy, and integrate Azure Cloud infrastructure, beyond monitoring and support.
• Experience defining IaC Standards, Reusable Infrastructure Patterns, and Cloud Service Catalogs.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure Automation, and Engineering Best Practices.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent).
• Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, or similar IaC tools.
• Cloud Governance, Security Compliance & Infrastructure Standardization.
• Experience building reusable cloud infrastructure templates and service catalogs.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
