Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Cloud Architect in Atlanta to define and govern cloud standards, partner with Infrastructure Engineering, and drive scalable, secure Azure solutions across compute, networking, and security.

You will lead DevOps adoption, design CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, optimize costs, and mentor teams while communicating decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in cloud architecture or infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on experience designing Azure architecture and landing zones.
• Strong understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
• Hands-on experience authoring production Infrastructure as Code focused on modularity and code reusable pattern.
• Proven track record designing and operating CI/CD pipeline at scale using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, security architecture, and identity management in cloud environments.
• Strong system design background with demonstrated ability to provide solutions spanning distributed systems concepts such as CDN, caching strategies, message bus, API gateways, and load balancing.

• Evaluate architectures for security posture and cost efficiency.
• Provide architectural oversight for virtualization, monitoring, network, and identity.
• Champion automation across provisioning and configuration management.
• Define and drive DevOps practices across engineering teams.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Monitor cloud spend and optimize for cost efficiency.
• Architect enterprise AVD environments and scaling strategies.
