Job summary
HMG AMERICA LLC is seeking an experienced cloud architect and DevOps specialist to design and implement scalable Azure solutions. You will lead CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and define IaC using Terraform and ARM templates.
The role requires hands-on work with IaaS/PaaS, monitoring, and security considerations, plus mentoring peers and keeping up with Azure innovations to improve our cloud capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including cloud architecture and DevOps.
- Hands-on experience provisioning IaaS and PaaS on Azure.
- Expertise with Infrastructure as Code automation tools (Terraform, ARM, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with logging/monitoring (Log Analytics, App Insights, Azure Monitor).
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement scalable and reliable cloud solutions on the Azure platform.
- Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Define infrastructure as code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or other relevant technologies.
- Conduct architecture reviews and mentor team members on Azure cloud architecture and DevOps practices.
- Stay updated on emerging Azure technologies and best practices to enhance cloud capabilities.
