Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a highly skilled MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud platforms and manufacturing software development. The role involves deploying and maintaining MES solutions across various sectors including Pharma and Automotive.

You'll be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supervising the development team. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

The position offers an attractive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and legal assistance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Experience designing and building MES for diverse industries.
• Leadership abilities and strong team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop high-level design approaches in Tulip.
• Deploy manufacturing solutions in Opcenter.
• Review solution performance and conduct monitoring.
• Supervise the development team and provide guidance.

Skills

Deployment on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

Kubernetes and Docker containers

.NET or another programming language

Designing user interfaces for shop-floor systems

Web services (SOAP, REST API)

Agile methodology knowledge

SQL Server database design and administration

Building MES for industries (Pharma, Auto, HiTech, Consumer)

Developing machine interfaces for MES
