Job summary

The role embeds within customer engineering teams to operationalize LLMs and retrieval systems on Azure, bridging research and cloud-ready infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, demonstrate business value, and communicate results using strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in software engineering, ML, or AI-focused roles.
• Hands-on with LangGraph and building agentic workflows.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs, including supervised and RL-based methods.
• Strong background in experimental design, model evaluation, and statistics.
• Ability to reduce hallucinations beyond prompt-based approaches.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks.
