Job summary

DENPRO, Inc. in Bryans Road, MD is seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer responsible for Azure AD Hybrid deployments, Windows Domain support, and on-prem hypervisor management (Hyper-V and VMware ESXi).

This is a full-time, in-person role offering a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 plus benefits. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver's license, and strong teamwork and communication skills as the role collaborates across IT teams to

Qualifications

• We require a valid driver's license.
• We look for at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role.
• We need proven experience deploying and managing Azure AD Hybrid environments.
• We expect a strong background supporting Windows Domains and on-premises hypervisors such as Hyper-V and VMware ESXi.
• We require a solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, DHCP, VLANs, and site-to-site and client VPN tunnels.
• We value excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• A bachelors degree is required.
• Systems engineering experience of 3 years is required.

Responsibilities

• We deploy and maintain Azure AD Hybrid environments to ensure smooth cloud and on-premises identity integration.
• We support Windows Domains to maintain reliability, security, and performance.
• We configure, tune, and troubleshoot on-premises hypervisors, including Hyper-V and VMware ESXi.
• We work with cross-functional teams to deliver IT initiatives and innovative solutions.
• We stay current with industry developments and certifications to remain aligned with evolving technology trends.
