Position: Direct Care Worker (DCW)

Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate DCW, CNAs, or Home health aides in Tempe.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and support services in clients’ homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Observe and report changes in clients’ condition or environment to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving, home care, or direct support experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, documentation, and electronic timekeeping

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid government-issued identification
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Negative TB test
