Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Engagement Manager for ProServe in Jersey City to lead the delivery of complex cloud solutions. You will blend technical leadership with client-focused program management to drive migrations and enterprise IT engagements end-to-end.

You'll guide cross-functional teams, map business outcomes to technical requirements, apply AWS Well-Architected and other frameworks, and ensure customer success through risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.

Responsibilities
