Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a ProServe Cloud Architect to drive technical sales engagements and shape cloud solution architectures that meet customer outcomes on AWS.

This role operates across pre-sales and post-sales, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to accelerate deals and deliver transformational results. The PCA leads solution design, demonstrates AWS capabilities, scopes engagements, and mentors teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-efficient outcomes for enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of cloud and on-premise integration experience.
• Experience with technology risk, IT security audit, compliance and/or regulatory knowledge.
• Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Experience with SDLC and agile/iterative methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions to deliver customer business outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices during pre-sales and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic.
• Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
