Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to help deliver AI-driven digital transformations within the financial services domain. You will contribute across the full SDLC, from requirements elicitation to implementation, with a focus on scalable, reliable software solutions.

Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams, hands-on coding, and continuous improvement across banking and insurance projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Willingness to relocate and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions to guide the technical team.
Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates while maintaining stability.
Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies for reliability.
Maintain detailed records of code, tests, and support activities to enrich knowledge base.
