Job summary

Q1 Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced IBM MQ and AWS architecture lead to orchestrate migration, design, and delivery across development, staging and production environments.

You will own current-state discovery, define the target MQ on AWS EC2 topology, implement secure connectivity, and drive cutover readiness, validation, and production support. Collaboration with security, network and operations teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead current-state discovery of IBM MQ inventory, topology, interfaces and dependencies.
• Define the target IBM MQ on AWS EC2 architecture for Development, Stage and Production.
• Coordinate secure connectivity, access controls and failover considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration strategy, cutover planning and production readiness assessments.
• Design migration of MQ objects while preserving interfaces and routing behavior.
• Produce architecture documents, runbooks and operational-readiness materials.
• Coordinate decisions with application, security, network and operations teams.
• Guide automation and versioned deployment for MQ infrastructure.
