Job summary

PineQ Lab US is seeking an AWS GenAI Lead Engineer to drive advanced GenAI initiatives across Malvern, PA and Charlotte, NC. You will lead software engineering efforts, architect scalable AI solutions, and integrate multi-agent workflows using AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and fast API services.

The role demands 8+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in GenAI/AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on production-grade systems, observability, and scalable cloud security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years GenAI / AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS Cloud.
• AWS Bedrock Foundation Models, Agents, knowledge bases.
• Familiarity with Strands Framework.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience building FastAPI REST APIs and microservices.
• Asynchronous programming and authentication.
• RAG / Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Vector databases and semantic search.
• Prompt engineering.
