ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an AWS Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered cloud-native applications in Malvern, Arkansas.

You will work across frontend and backend layers, leveraging AWS services to build scalable, secure solutions. You will integrate foundation models and large language models, implement security best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize AI capabilities into real-world applications, while contributing to code

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack development (frontend + backend).
• Hands-on AWS services experience (SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Textract, Transcribe, Translate).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/EKS).
• Strong software design, scalability, and production resilience understanding.

Responsibilities

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like ECS/EKS.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalability, and resilience in production systems.
