Full Stack Developer

BCMC is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to sustain and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Engineering

• Design, test, and implement advanced cybersecurity software capabilities as a key contributor within Agile Scrum teams.
• Support risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies as required.

Full Stack Development

• Develop automated unit tests and debug thoroughly to ensure reliable, high-quality code.
• Collaborate on Deployment, DevOps, and CI/CD processes to optimize pipelines and streamline workflows.
• Establish and interpret monitoring systems for CI/CD processes to ensure operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain DHS suitability.
• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
• 8+ years of software development experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years with AWS SageMaker, Apache Zeppelin.
• Minimum 3+ years of Agile full‑stack infrastructure engineering experience with a focus on production AWS environments.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Databricks Notebooks and Visualization.
• Experience with AWS Lambda (Python).
• Proven ability as a Full Stack Developer with experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Automated remediation expertise for security vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with:

    • General Cybersecurity Best Practices.
  • NIST Frameworks:

Desired Certifications

• Cloud Certification: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Cybersecurity Certifications: DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II or CSSLP.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. Ten (10) years of experience (for a total of eighteen (18) or more years) may be substituted for a degree.
