Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer to design and manage cloud infrastructure, focusing on provisioning VMs and networks within an AWS DevOps framework. You will collaborate with cloud architects to enable scalable, secure environments for client missions.

You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows with scripting, and work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to deploy applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing AWS cloud infrastructure, including Windows or Linux EC2 Instances.
• 2+ years of Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage cloud resources.
• 2+ years of Configuration as Code.
• 2+ years of designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines.
• 2+ years of scripting or automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of container technologies, including Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes, for deploying and operating applications.
• Ability to work with cloud networking, security best practices, and monitoring or logging in AWS environments.
• Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage AWS cloud environments and server configurations.
• Provision VMs and networks to support modern cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to implement DevOps best practices in the AWS framework.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects.
