Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to design, automate, secure, and support cloud infrastructure across Development, QA, and Production environments.

You will implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, manage IAM, networking, encryption, secrets, and monitoring, and strengthen CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and observability across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on AWS experience.
• 2+ years Terraform in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and Git/CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support AWS infrastructure across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, with reusable modules and state management.
• Administer IAM, networking, encryption, authentication, and secrets management with least-privilege原则.
• Support cloud services including RDS, Glue, Athena, CloudWatch and related tooling.
• Develop automation solutions using Python and Git-based workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, reliability, and observability.

Position Summary

The AWS DevOps Engineer designs, automates, secures, and supports AWS cloud environments and CI/CD platforms. This role serves as a technical expert in Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud operations, security, observability, and deployment automation

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support AWS infrastructure across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, including reusable modules and standardized deployments.
• Administer AWS IAM, networking, encryption, authentication, and secrets management while enforcing security best practices and least-privilege access.
• Support cloud platforms and services including RDS, Glue, Athena, CloudWatch, and related operational tooling.
• Develop automation solutions using Python and Git-based workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, reliability, and observability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and cloud platform issues.
• Participate in on-call support and other assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

• Hands-on experience administering AWS cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, networking, encryption, monitoring, and cloud security principles.
• Experience supporting AWS services including RDS, EKS, Aurora, Glue, Athena, and CloudWatch.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, including reusable modules and state management.
• Proficiency with Python scripting, Git source control, and CI/CD automation.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve production cloud infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud technologies.
• 2+ years of professional experience using Terraform in production environments.
