Job summary

Embitel Technologies in the United States is seeking a data engineer with 3-4+ years of experience to design and optimize data pipelines in the AWS cloud. You will leverage Terraform for IaC, participate in CI/CD practices, and work with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2, and Athena.

Strong Python and Spark skills and data modeling know-how are essential. Experience with data monitoring, data quality tooling, and scripting (Python/Bash) is required.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experienced with building data pipelines in AWS.
• Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.
• AWS stack including S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2, Athena.
• Strong Python and Spark skills.
• Experience with monitoring and data quality tooling.
• Understanding of data modeling and data operations.
• Proficient scripting (Python, Bash).
• Proactive ownership and problem solving.
• Clear communication.
• Experience with multi-cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Snowplow/Adobe Analytics is a plus.
