Qualifications

• 14+ years in data architecture and data engineering roles.
• Strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, including data architecture and data modeling.
• Proven experience as an AWS Data Solution Architect.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS data services.
• Strong understanding of data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics platforms.
• Experience modernizing large-scale, complex data environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, modernization, and implementation of scalable, cloud-native data platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and leadership to define data strategies and roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership and hands-on delivery for enterprise data transformations.
