Job summary

NorthHill Technology Resources LLC is seeking an experienced AWS Cybersecurity Engineer to join a highly skilled team and secure cloud infrastructure for a mission-critical program requiring active TS/SCI clearance. This on-site role focuses on cloud security operations, compliance engineering, and implementing practical protections for highly restricted environments in a controlled setting.

Qualifications

5+ years in cybersecurity with AWS experience.
Hands-on experience implementing security controls, remediating vulnerabilities, and configuring security logging.
Experience with formal security assessment and authorization processes in regulated or classified environments.
Hands-on AWS cloud experience and ability to work effectively in highly controlled environments.

Responsibilities

Administer secure artifact repositories, access permissions, and vulnerability scanning workflows.
Build and tune centralized security monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards using AWS-native and compatible tools.
Implement security controls, document remediation, and support security assessments and authorization activities.
Partner with infrastructure and application teams to resolve findings and improve incident readiness.
