• Identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Work with development team to ensure successful application deployment and operation.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues using Splunk, Dynatrace, Cloudwatch.
• Collaborate with business analyst and cross functional team to gather requirements.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA limits.
