Job summary

CDW is seeking an AWS Principal Consultant to lead delivery of professional services for customers globally on major public cloud platforms. The role focuses on architectural leadership, standardization of solutions, and mentoring engineers across CDW’s delivery teams.

You will drive technical growth plans, assist with SOW reviews, and support presales on large cloud deals while staying current with AWS, HashiCorp, Docker, Kubernetes, and related tooling. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in large enterprise consulting.
Demonstrated leadership and expert advice on technical matters and architecture design.
Proven ability to maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor and mentor engineers for project design.

Responsibilities

Professional services delivery for CDW customers globally on major Public Cloud platforms.
Aggregate oversight of technical solutions across multiple projects to ensure synergy.
Lead technical deployment engineering with customers on workload design on major public cloud vendors.
Provide workshops and training events for customers on emerging technologies in Public Cloud.
Training and mentoring engineers and architects for Cloud and DevOps projects.
Performing billable work at other CDW clients (Consulting Engagements)
Support Presales architects on large deals to validate consulting estimates.
