Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, focusing on serverless solutions with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3. You will build SOAP-based web services, manage MTOM attachments, and implement secure headers to ensure data integrity and authentication.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, refine user stories, and deliver iterations with strong testing, reviews, and code quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL and related technologies.
• Proven experience as a software developer with cloud computing principles.
• Hands-on AWS experience: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3.
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
• Experience with AWS Step Functions and State Machines is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SCRUM framework.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda with Python.
• Build and orchestrate workflows using AWS Step Functions and State Machines.
• Design, develop, and implement SOAP-based web services.
• Create and manage custom headers for web services for security and data integrity.
• Implement MTOM attachments (PDF) for binary data transmission.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to refine user stories.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability via automated testing and reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Stay current with AWS services and share knowledge within the team.
