BAMKO is seeking an experienced AWS/DevOps Engineer to own the production environment end to end, including compute, networking, IAM, databases, storage, and the Cloudflare edge. You will drive availability, scalability, monitoring, and incident response, while managing infrastructure as code and cost optimization.

Formación

• 5+ years operating production AWS infrastructure (EC2, ASG, ALB, VPC, IAM, RDS/Aurora, EBS)
• Current AWS certification (Solutions Architect, CloudOps Engineer/SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer; Associate level or higher)
• Experience using Terraform or AWS CDK to manage production environments
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Bash
• Experience with Linux and LAMP-stack operations (Ubuntu, nginx/Apache, PHP, MySQL)
• Experience with Cloudflare in production (DNS, WAF, Zero Trust Access)
• Proven track record of managing and reducing AWS billing costs
• Experience carrying on-call rotations for customer-facing systems

Responsabilidades

• Own the AWS environment end to end, including compute, networking, IAM, databases, storage, and the Cloudflare edge
• Improve availability, scalability, and resilience of production workloads
• Own monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
• Plan and execute database and platform upgrades
• Manage infrastructure as code and standardize environment builds
• Track and optimize AWS spend to keep costs predictable
• Use the AWS Well-Architected Framework to build a prioritized improvement roadmap
• Maintain and test disaster recovery and backup plans
• Serve as primary on-call for production infrastructure incidents and lead post-incident reviews
