Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies LLC is seeking a highly experienced Software Development Engineer to lead ETL migrations to AWS, building new ETL solutions and guiding the team.

You will work with DataStage/Informatica, Python, PySpark, and AWS services to ensure data quality and compliance while delivering scalable data pipelines.

This role requires hands-on development, strong analytics, and collaboration across data analysts and engineers in a fast-paced environment in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 8+ years in ETL, data warehousing, AWS, and API development.
• Strong scripting in DataStage/Informatica, Shell, Perl, and Python; SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of ETL jobs from on‑prem to AWS cloud and validate data quality.
• Develop and orchestrate ETL processes and Glue PySpark for Redshift/Aurora.
• Create scalable full‑stack apps and APIs as needed.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and provide production support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure security and compliance with data regulations.
