Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC seeks a Senior AWS Cloud Generative AI Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable AI-powered applications on AWS. The role emphasizes cloud governance, security, and cost optimization, with a focus on enterprise-scale data workloads.

You will lead DevOps practices, collaborate with data teams, and mentor others while delivering AI-enabled cloud platforms on-prem or in the cloud for client projects.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in cloud or AI roles.
• Ability to design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS cloud-native solutions and AI-powered apps.
• Strong knowledge of security, governance, and cost optimization in cloud environments.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams for AI-ready platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on AWS.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Generative AI tech such as LangChain and Llama Index.
• Lead DevOps practices including CICD and IaC automation.
• Manage AWS services (EC2, EMR, Glue, S3, etc.) to support data and AI workloads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven business opportunities.
• Mentor junior engineers on cloud and AI initiatives.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost.
