Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer (Senior) to design, build, and optimize secure AWS environments for mission-critical needs in a dynamic team. You will implement IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/AWS CDK, develop CI/CD pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring robust security and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years with AWS, Linux/Bash, and a DoD IAT readiness plan, plus TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience deploying and maintaining AWS cloud environments

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud issues to provide rapid and sustainable solutions, evaluate and recommend emerging AWS services and tools, and mentor junior engineers while promoting best‑practice in automation, monitoring, and cloud security.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days of the posting date.
