Synpulse in Bratislava, Slovakia is seeking a technically skilled professional to administer applications and AWS infrastructure. You will advise junior colleagues, troubleshoot production systems, and contribute to change and release processes.

The role requires English communication and familiarity with AWS, Linux/Unix environments, and ITIL‑like support. A diploma or IT certification is expected; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Information Technologies related fields.
• Good communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Experience with AWS public cloud and security features.

Responsibilities

• Administration of existing applications and AWS infrastructure.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues.
• Troubleshoot production systems and learn new tools as needed.
• Maintain production code and infrastructure.
• Document and share knowledge of developed solutions.
• Participate in incident investigations and change/release processes.
