Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud migration projects. You will align business goals with technical solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes using AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework.

In this role you will validate solutions, communicate progress to stakeholders, and manage risks to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while exceeding customer expectations across diverse

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading IT project delivery for external customers or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of program or engagement management leadership across multiple projects
• 1+ years as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Leveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate discussions and ensure alignment with outcomes
• Distill customer needs into technical requirements mapped to business value
• Decompose complex problems into actionable deliverables and document standards
• Contribute to technical documentation and define standards
