Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field is required.
• 3+ years in cloud architecture and implementation.
• 2+ years designing NLP/NLU solutions in a contact center.
• 2+ years coding with REST APIs and integrating multiple contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge through mentoring, training and creating reusable artifacts.
