Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement and manage AWS solutions for customers, driving cloud migrations and architectures that meet business goals.

You will mentor teammates and share reusable artifacts while guiding customers through project lifecycles with AWS best practices. Requirements include 3+ years in cloud architecture, strong knowledge of EC2, S3, RDS, and security clearances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53 & S3).
• 3+ years of work with software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Experience in designing, planning and implementing applications and/or database migrations to the cloud.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
